About Virtue
Virtue supports young people (16–25) in exploring identity, values, and beliefs. Through film and dialogue, we create safe spaces for reflection, conversation, and resilience. Online, our social media platforms extend this mission—sharing real stories, new perspectives, and positive alternatives to extremist influences.
Your Role
As a Social Media Team Member, you will help Virtue reach young audiences where they are most active: online. You will contribute to creating authentic, engaging, and inspiring content that sparks dialogue and highlights resilience, identity, and belonging.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative posts (videos, reels, polls, stories, visuals) aligned with Virtue’s mission.
- Share real stories of resilience and perspective in accessible ways.
- Highlight upcoming film events, activities, and opportunities for involvement.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and polls.
- Collaborate with the team to track trends and make content youth-friendly and relevant.
What We’re Looking For/you want to learn:
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Creative mindset with skills in writing, video, or design.
- Ability to communicate authentically and inclusively with young audiences.
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility in handling sensitive stories.
- Passion for youth empowerment, diversity, and resilience.
